There is a strict quality control for every product before its leaving our premises. In extremely rare circumstances in which a plant is found having signs of bad quality, you can contact us promptly within the two days following its delivery and be informed about the possibilities of the plant’s return. It is not our shop’s obligation to come to your place to pick up the product.
No kind of cut flowers is returned/exchangeable.
From the time you receive an email with the subject "Preparing", the order is not canceled or refunded. You can either change the delivery address or collect it from our store.
A cancellation of an order is feasible only in the following circumstances:
a. Before completing the order, during the electronic placement of the order, you can press the button ‘Continue shopping’. By clicking on it, the whole order process is automatically stopped.
b. If the online order is completed and paid, you can contact us by mail at info@floraison.gr or phone at 210-6429408 and make a request for cancellation of the order and we will undertake to finalize the cancellation, as long as the interval from the receipt of the order until the moment of the request is not more than half an hour and you have not received an email with the subject "Preparing. In case of a reimbursement, the bank charges are on the customer.
