Products bought using Floraison website are created in our premises and are delivered exclusively in the prefecture of Attica in about 20 kilometers from our seat with our own means and specially trained guides for transporting sensitive products such as our herbal materials. In this way we achieve the delivery of your order in perfect condition.

We want to provide you with the highest quality at the best price. The floraison company does not include shipping costs in its compositions as it considers it fair for the buyer to pay/know separately the value of the product & the value of the transport corresponding to it based on P.C.

Delivery hours: Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:00 Sat/Sun 10:00 - 17:00 with variations days feasts and holidays.

Floraison does not deliver the required products if there is no earlier contact with the receiver in order to arrange the time margin (at least 2 hours) of delivery that serves him / her.  In case you wish not to call the recipient you are obliged to mention it as a comment on your order. In this way you automatically assume responsibility for the delayed or wrong delivery. If you do not enter the recipient's phone number (and add your own number or incorrect number), it will only be shipped once at a random time. If no one is in place to pick up or our driver cannot find the place, the product will be returned to us and you will be re-charged for the second shipping on the next available business day.

The sending of a photo of the order is sent to the "sender" email along with the delivery confirmation and this service only concerns electronic orders. Please note that on large holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day due to heavy workload this is not something feasible.

Products deliveries are executed throughout the week. A same day delivery can be executed only if the order is placed online until 17:00 Monday - Saturday. Products deliveries are executed also on Sundays if you ordered until last Saturday at 17:00. Note that in many cases the same day delivery on Sunday is possible - you can confirm it only if you are given the option to select the specific day from the "delivery day" field during the ordering process. In case you want a same day delivery and have passed the time limit, call us on 2106429408 and we will be happy to serve you.

All products are available in the form of: "You can order: For same day delivery" or "You can order: for delivery in 2 days".

Bear in mind that if you have chosen to pay the required amount of money by an account deposit, it is necessary that a substantial amount of time be available between the time of the deposit and the time for its execution, so as the confirmation is made.

We do not deliver on Easter day & on Ohi Day 28th October. During holidays, there is a priority maintained. Orders placed after 15:00 and are due to be executed on the same day, may be delivered the following one for reasons of increased demand.
